When you book a consult, a confirmation email from me will include a health questionnaire to be completed and returned via email 2 days prior to your visit. The information will ensure that the time we have together is used in the most valuable way. Please bring to the consultation any recent (within 6 months) blood or pathology tests. Please note, if the times below do not suit you, send me an email through the contact tab so we can arrange a mutually suitable time. I am also happy to come to your home if you would prefer - on days/times to suit you.
